When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak sale periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and hosiery cannot be returned.
How do I care for my Jamie Kay garments?
To maintain the quality of our organic cotton and delicate knits, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash in a laundry bag and drying flat in the shade. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and will be calculated at the checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations, but please contact our support team as soon as possible.
